***Refund/Return Policy***

 

 

Physical Products:

We do not offer a refund or exchange for personalized items unless it is a mistake that was made by Lowry's Countryside Carving. If the buyer has made a mistake, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the sign, however, we do offer a discounted replacement. Knots and/or wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics of the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot refund for this reason.

 

Digital Products:

We do not accept returns on any digital products. Sales for digital files are final. Buyers will receive links to download their digital products in the "Thank You" page of the Checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. If you have a problem with receiving your files please contact us at Lowrys.Countryside.Carving@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
